Low Appliance Usage
The appliances will barely be used because most people on short trips do not use the washer/dryer/stove much.
No Pets Allowed & No Smoking
Your home will not have any pets living there. We do not allow smoking. No bad smells!
Professional Cleanings
Your home will be professionally cleaned more than most regular tenants.
Automatic Monthly Rental Payments
Because we will be renting your home, you will get our automatic monthly rental payments.
Less Than Average Wear and Tear
Because there is not a full time tenant in the home, there should be way less wear and tear. Most short term tenants are only there to sleep.
Less Water Usage
Because the unit may not always be occupied and most guests eat out, the water usage will be less.
